What’s in a name? Pronunciation awareness across languages

The Pronunciation Awareness Project supports SF State faculty and tutors in their engagement with multilingual students by highlighting the diversity of names and languages on campus. This series of videos explores name pronunciation and associated gender identity across Hindi, Mandarin Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese. The project offers practical tools to foster more inclusive and respectful learning environments.
